The Word of God is
the will of God.
If it's in His Word, then it belongs to you.
"For
I am the Lord that heals you."
Exodus 15:26
'And the Lord will take away from you all sickness.'
Deuteronomy 7:15
"And I will take sickness away from among you."
Exodus 23:25
"Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits:
Who forgives all your sins; Who heals all your diseases;
Who redeemed your life from destruction;
Who crowns you with lovingkindness and tender mercies."
Psalm 103:2-4
Jesus revealed God's will in action during His
earthly ministry,
showing that it is in the heart, nature, and purpose
of God
to heal ALL who are sick and oppressed by the devil.
As sin and sickness have become the two major weapons
of Satan designed to destroy us, so forgiveness and
healing are joined together as twin blessings of God
designed to redeem us and make us whole.
"Who forgives all your sins, Who heals all
your diseases."
Psalm 103:3
Jesus' atoning death on the cross was complete for
redeeming
the whole person: spirit, soul, and body.
Isaiah said, "Surely He has borne our grief, and
carried our
sorrows...
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for
our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon Him;
and with His stripes (scars) we are healed."
Isaiah 53:4-5
Surely He has borne our griefs
(Sicknesses)
And carried our sorrows; (Pains)
Borne in Hebrew, Nasa, means:
To lift up and remove away from.
Jesus not only paid the price for the salvation of our
soul, but
His sufferings also secured our physical healing.
In fact, the word "salvation" so frequently used in the
New Testament, comes from the Greek, Soteria, which
means "wholeness and healing,
both in the physical and spiritual."
The stripes mentioned by Isaiah were the awful lashings
upon Jesus’ back by the Roman whips.
According to the scripture, these stripes upon Christ were in
behalf of our healing 1 Peter 2:24.
Jesus bore a stripe for every disease known to
mankind.
Faith Says: God
can and He will.
Doubt says: Maybe God can or maybe He will.
Unbelief says: God won't or He can't Choose
Faith.
"Heal
me, O Lord, and I shall be healed;
save me, and
I shall be saved: for thou art my praise."
Once a person finally sees that healing is a
finished work along
with salvation, paid for at the same
time with the same
healing Blood, then you can get excited
about this verse saying;
"You did it Lord for me, then according to this verse
I will agree
and say I will have healing just as I
have salvation, it's mine now!"
Jeremiah 17:14
"Jesus healed all that were sick:
That it might be fulfilled which
was spoken by Isaiah the prophet, saying Himself took
our infirmities, and bore our sickness."
Matthew 8:16-18
"Who His own self bore our sins in His own body
on the tree,
that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness:
by whose stripes you were healed."
1 Peter 2:24
In His Word, God said, many
times,
"Your faith has made
you whole".
"But when He, the Spirit of truth is
come, He will guide you
into all truth and in that day you
will ask me nothing.
Verily, verily, I say to you, Whatsoever
you
will ask the Father in My name, He will give you."
John 16:13, 23
"Are any sick among you?
Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray
over
him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: and the
prayer of
faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up,
and if he
has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.
Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for
another, that
you may be healed.
The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous
man avails much."
James 5:14-16
The Bible is intended to show God’s will for
man.
In one instance, a leper came to Jesus inquiring whether
it was His will to heal him.
He said, "Lord, if it is your will you can heal me."
Jesus extended his hand and said,
"It’s My will; Be healed!"
Matthew 8:2-3.
The Bible tells us,
"Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and
forever."
Hebrews 13:8
So all of these instructions,
promises and commandments
are just as much for us today, as at any time:
God is timeless.
"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,
saith the Lord,
thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an
expected end.
Then you will call on Me, and you will go and pray to Me,
and I will hear you.
And you will seek Me, and find Me, when you search for
Me with all your heart.
And I will be found of you, saith the Lord."
Jeremiah 29:11-14
Jesus tells us,
"Ask, and it will be given you; seek and you will
find;
knock and it will be opened to you: For every
one that asks
receives; and he that seeks finds; and to him that knocks it
will be opened.
For what man is there among you, whom if his son ask for
bread, will he give him a stone? Or if he ask for a fish,
will give him a serpent?
If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your
children, how much more will your Father in heaven give good
things to them that ask him?"
Matthew 7:7-11
Jesus said, "And whatsoever you will ask
in My name,
that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in
the Son.
If you ask anything in My name, I will do
it."
John 14:13-14
Jesus taught us, "Have
faith in God...
Therefore I say to you:
What things soever you desire, when you pray, believe
that you receive them, and you shall have them."
Mark 11:22,24
"With God all things are possible."
Matthew 19:26
So put your faith in God, and put your
mind on Jesus Christ
who calls out to you, "Come to me, all you that labor and
are
heavy laden, and I will give you rest."
Matthew 11:28
Pray in Faith.
Jesus has already paid for your healing and has placed it
into
effect, making it available to you.
Now it’s up to you to accept His finished work by faith.
"Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask
when you pray,
believe that you receive them, and you will
have them"
Mark 11:24
Submit to God.
Even though it is God’s will and desire to heal,
things such as: unbelief,
unconfessed sin, disobedience, or unforgiveness toward
others can hinder your reception of healing.
"Therefore submit to God.
Resist the devil and he will flee from you.
Draw near to God and He will draw near to you."
James 4:7
Stand on God's Promises.
Read and meditate continuously upon the healing promises
in the Bible.
'So Jesus answered and
said to them, "Have faith in God.
For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to
this mountain,
'Be removed and be cast into the sea,' and does not
doubt in
his heart, but believes that those things he
says will come
to pass, he will have whatever he
says."
Mark 11:22-23
A mountain is an obstacle in life that is blocking
your blessing.
Jesus did not say to talk to God about your
mountain,
He said it's your job by using
the faith He has given you,
and command it to be removed according
to the Word of God.
"Rejoice in the Lord always, again, I say
Rejoice!
I can do all things through Christ which strengthens
me.
My God will supply all your need according
to His riches in
glory by Christ Jesus."
Philippians 4:4,13,19
So then, let us be, "Strong in faith,
giving glory to God."
Romans 4:20 as we lift up our prayers to
heaven with
confidence, as the apostle John tells us,
"And this is the confidence that we have in Him, that, if we
ask anything according to His will, He hears us:
And if we know that He hears us, whatsoever we ask,
we know that we have the petitions that we desired
of Him."
1 John 5:14-15
Jesus wants you to be healed and
whole, in your body,
in your emotions and in your mind!
Know that when you ask the Lord for healing, It is
already
His Will and He hears You And He Agrees.
Know He Has Already Settled it in the atonement of
the blood
of Jesus Christ - He says "Yes"!
It is hard to believe at times.
Do not stop praying and believing.
This is why some people don't receive
healing.
They get discouraged and give up their faith.
But you have to believe.
Just put your trust in God and He will work
it all out.
It doesn't matter how big the problem, the problem
is smaller than God!
Just believe.
